Grapes: Red typical grapes of Trevenezie area, mostly Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.
Ageing: Short refinement in stainless steel tanks and bottle
Colour: pale pink
Bouquet: Red fruits, strawberry, rose
Flavour: Pleasantly fresh, sapid, with a pronounced acidity. Well balanced and harmonious with a soft finish.
Alcohol Content: 12.5 % vol
Serving Suggestions: Perfect aperitif wine, accompanied by fingerfood and entrees. Ideal paired with shellfish and fish courses.
