Taste: Straw yellow color with light coppery reflections, clear profile of apple, pear and exotic fruit, especially banana and pineapple. Full-bodied and persistent in the mouth, with a finish that develops into warm and fruity notes. It is obtained from the vinification in purity of Pinot Grigio grapes harvested manually and processed with care, in order to respect their integrity until pressing and fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature. The wine thus obtained rests on the lees in steel tanks for at least 6 months before bottling.
