Grapes: From a calcareous, ocher-colored hilly terrain, rich in sandstone and volcanic debris, the white Malvasia vine locally called iuvarella.

Harvest: Manual harvest, vinified with a long period in contact with the skins, result: an elegant Malvasia to drink and to taste.

Color: Straw yellow with soft golden hues.

Bouquet: Delicate, pleasant with hints of mallow, typical of the variety.

Taste: Full-bodied, lively sapidity, tendentially dry, gentle.: an elegant, fine wine.

Alcohol: 12.00% vol

Food Pairing: Easy to pair with risottos and fish salads, fried foods, soft aromatic blue cheeses.

Serving: It should be served chilled, but not frozen (8-1o°C)
