Tasting: In the glass it has a deep ruby red color with slight garnet reflections. The scent is intense and persistent, with hints of jam, given by the light withering of the grapes, spicy. On the palate it is warm, full-bodied, slightly tannic, mostly due to the “Primitivo” grape, but velvety and spicy.
Pairing: main courses of meat.
Service temperature: 16 – 18°.
