This wine is conceived from experiments in the vineyard and in the cellar, designed to reveal the hidden character of the Carignano red berry. Through a careful white winemaking, carried out in steel at low temperature, followed by a 6-month aging on fine lees with almost daily batonnage, we created a white wine, unique in its kind.
