Description: It has a vivid red colour which developes into a slight brick-red rim during its aging. The ethereal bouquet reveals notes of mature red fruits and hints of violet together with pungent spices, like peppercorn. The texture is a perfect balance between fruit, soft tannins and freshness that make it ideal companion to roasts, game and seasoned cheese.
