Hers is a red color that retains its natural liveliness despite the first faint garnet reflections resulting from aging. It is a wine that to the nose reveals itself to be fine and ethereal, in which the perception of violets predominates complemented by the equally marked one of small ripe red fruits and pungent spices. On the palate it is full, harmonious and velvety. It is particularly suitable with roasted red meats, game and aged cheeses.
