Colour: In the glass it presents intensive ruby red color verging on garnet red, full and almost impenetrable.
Bouquet: Its bouquet is intensive and complete, articulated in aromatic and sweet notes, typical of red and black fruits (raspberry, blackberry…) and spicy ones, a little bitter and woody.
Taste: At palate it immediately expresses its austerity and its evident alcoholic vein. Important tannins and woody notes, intensive flavor without excesses, it leaves pleasant sensations of roundness, freshness and fullness.
Food Pairings: It is gastronomically versatile, it can be well paired with demanding dishes like pasta or grilled meat.
Service temperature: It has to be oxygenated at least one hour before serving at 20°.
