Area of production: Selected vineyards in the sun Verona hillside.

Grapes: 45% Corvina Veronese, 30% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, 5% Croatina

Alcohol: 13,5%vol.

Colour: Beautiful deep ruby red, clear and bright, with thick walls and arches falling slow after shaking the glass.

Bouquet: The bouquet opens with a balsamic and spicy (ginger) aroma, but the nose immediately perceives pleasant hints of red fruit – raspberries and currants – of blackberry jam, and ripe cherry in alcohol.

Taste: The taste is immediately characterized by the typical softness, in addition to its good intensity and persistence.

Food Pairings: We are in front of a very versatile wine that can be used throughout the meal with a varied menu, composed by tasty meat dishes.

Service temperature: 16 – 18°C.
