Nose: On the nose hints of mature fruit, apricot and peach, in particular.
Flavor: On the mouth the wine is elegant, with a good acidity, balanced by a pronounced and complex minerality.
Alcohol content: 12% vol
Evolution: With the ageing the wine shows some characteristics typical of this variety: the fruity and lightly floral notes combine with tertiary aromas, which give more complexity to the wine.
Serving Temperature: 8-10 °
Winemaking: After a short cold maceration, the grapes are softly pressed, so that we can extract the must without breaking the skins. After the racking the juice undergoes the fermentation in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. The wine ages for at least 6 months on the fine lees before it is prepared for the bottling.
