Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose is complex and decisive and is characterized by its hints of sour cherries in alcohol and cherries, sweet tobacco, cocoa, licorice and cinchona. Very persistent in the mouth, it is a wine with great body and structure, warm, soft and with elegant tannins. It bears long aging even of 15/20 years. We recommend serving at a temperature of 20 degrees after careful decanting or early uncorking. In combination with succulent dishes, fatty meats, braised meats.
