Gewürztraminer means “spicy”, and possibly from Tramin,
a village in Alto Adige.

COLOR: A bright yellow with golden reflections.

BOUQUET: A delicate bouquet of roses and exotic fruits.

TASTE: Strong and balanced, long in finish; dry.

FOOD PAIRING: Aromatic dishes match up with this
scented variety, like Thai green curry and Moroccan
tagines, cheese such as Taleggio.
