VINIFICATION/ FERMENTATION: Maceration of destemmed grapes in automated winemakers for 15 days with consequent guided fermentation, at controlled temperature.

TYPE: Dry, aged in wooden casks for 24 months

CHARACTER: Structured but elegant in its aromas of wild berries and spices

Food Pairing: Grilled red meats, roasts and cheeses

SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 18 C

Alcohol: 13.00% vol
