Production Area: Cabernet produced in Veneto region, starting from the east, is cultivated in the province of Venice, Treviso, Padua, Vicenza and Verona.

Grapes: Cabernet

Alcohol: 12%vol.

Color: Ruby red color (verging on garnet red with aging).

Fragrance: Characteristic and pleasant, ethereal, herbaceous notes, and dark berries aroma enhance this Cabernet.

Flavor: Soft and velvety body, dry and full flavor, and good sourness, tenacity and persistence.

Food Pairings: It pairs particularly good with pasta dishes, mushrooms and grilled meat. The soft taste with lightly green but noble aroma, together with red berries (Wild blackberry and raspberry) notes, make it ideal also with glazed or baked meat, game meat, noble poultry, braised meat.

Serving Temperature: It has to be served at 14-16 °C, uncorking the bottle some minutes before drinking.
