Vinification: in small fermenters for about 10 days.

Aging: in small French and American oak barrels for 12 months and at least 4 months in the bottle

Color: deep ruby red with purple reflections

Bouquet: elegant, with hints of cherry, intense and persistent, with hints of jam, given by the light drying of the grapes, spicy, with hints of coffee, cocoa, cinnamon and balsamic background.

Taste: sumptuous, warm, full-bodied, intense, slightly tannic, with ample resonances of cinchona and licorice

Pairings: it goes well with dishes such as grilled meat and aged cheeses

Service temperature: 16 – 18°.
